Browser "Do Not Track" Signals. Most browsers contain a "do-not-track" setting. We collect your personally identifiable information when you sign up to receive clinical trial alerts or screen for studies. The types of personally identifiable information that we collect at the Site include, without limitation, your: (a) full name; (b) e-mail address; (c) phone number; (d) postal address; and (e) your health profile, including responses to screening questionnaires regarding medical conditions, medications, age, gender, and demographics (collectively, "Screening Information").
In conjunction with our marketing partner program, we also collect banking information and Social Security or Tax Identification number from our third-party publishing partners. For purpose of this Privacy Policy, Social Security, Tax Identification number, and specific medical condition data shall be referred to as "Sensitive Information."

By submitting your Screening Information, you agree that we may share your Screening Information and other personal information (other than Sensitive Information): (a) with third parties for marketing purposes; and (b) with third party research sites, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and study sponsors (collectively "Research Partners") for purposes of enabling those Research Partners to contact you via email and, where you provide your consent, telephone, in connection with potential clinical trial participation. In addition, we may use your Screening Information to contact you with study opportunities that we deem suitable to you based on your profile.
Where you provide "prior express consent" within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 USC § 227), and its implementing regulations adopted by the Federal Communications Commission (47 CFR § 64.1200), as amended from time-to-time ("TCPA"), you consent to receive, from BrightTrials.com, telephone calls (including text alerts via SMS text messages delivered via automated technology), to the telephone number(s) that you provided.
Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by the Site and our partners, including marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers.
